Processing and delivery times
Processing: 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the supplier and your location.
Delivery fees
A flat delivery fee of AED 25 may apply to some orders, depending on the supplier. Review the delivery charges shown at checkout before placing your order.
Orders with multiple items
Items supplied by different suppliers may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Tracking details are provided for each shipment.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send tracking details by email or SMS. You can also visit our order tracking page.
Check your delivery details
Please check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Re-delivery charges may apply if an order cannot be delivered because the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
