How can I track my order?

Visit Track Order and enter your order ID and billing email address. You can find the order ID in your order confirmation email. Registered customers can also view orders in My Account.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days, depending on the supplier and your location. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

How much is shipping?

A flat delivery fee of AED 25 may apply to some orders, depending on the supplier. Check the shipping charges at checkout before placing your order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Our team will check whether the order can still be changed or cancelled. Sending a request does not confirm that the change has been made.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact our team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. See our Returns Policy for the reporting period and applicable conditions.

Can I return a product?
